Purpose. The main purpose of the article is to inform scientific community about results their own macroeconomic research, and what paradigm should be adopted at present time for effective socio-economic development state. Methodology. A critical analysis publications devoted further improvement economic theory transition new paradigms has been carried out. When developing our paradigm, a methodological approach was used, according which man society goal planetary evolution, economy just an auxiliary sphere that ensures this development. most suitable methodology creation «mechanism» engineering activity, long proven itself well in technologies equipment industry. All are based on «profitable» ideology cannot avoid crises unacceptable. can only called such achievements will allow creating reliable anti-crisis «mechanism». Paradigms humanities must differ from physical sciences they show end pursued.
